Our Story
Innotek Solutions Ltd (Company No. 06775387) was founded in 2009 with a mission to deliver exceptional Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 solutions to businesses across the UK. For over 16 years, our team has built deep expertise in enterprise Microsoft technologies — from CRM implementations and Power Platform solutions to managed services and custom integrations.
As search evolved from keywords to conversations, we saw an opportunity to apply our enterprise technology heritage to a new challenge: Generative Engine Optimization. In 2024, we launched InnotekSEO AI — a platform that helps businesses understand how AI models perceive their brand and take action to improve their visibility.
Today, we operate across two major service pillars: Microsoft technology consulting (Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft 365) and AI-powered SEO via the InnotekSEO AI platform. This dual expertise — enterprise Microsoft heritage combined with cutting-edge AI capabilities — is what sets us apart.
